Regular Slotted Case - Standard Carton (Style 0201)
This standard style of carton is by far the most popular and cost-effective style where the top and bottom flaps meet in the middle and can be taped or glued closed. The option to have in plain k2 sided kraft, white 1 side or printed exists as an option for this style and can be made from 75x75x75mm through to pallet size cartons. This style of box is generally provided with a glued seam but can also be supplied with a stitched seam (board grade dependent) Slotted Case - Full Overlapping Flaps (Style 0203)
This style of box is designed to provide an additional level of protection with the top and bottom flaps folding completely across the box providing additional layers at the top and bottom. This style can be taped or glued closed and is also supplied with a glue seam (which can also be provided stitched for additional strength � board grade dependent) Half Regular Slotted Case - HRSC (Style 0201)

A box with separate lid is ideal for packaging product of varying sizes or where you want to pack theproduct into the base and then close the product off with the lid. These are supplied flat packed requiring the client to either staple, glue or tape together themselves. The lid can be designed to a separate height or made to fit flush with the base.
Slotted Case with Built In divisions (Style 0208)
We can create this box to be used for transporting bottles, jars in either 4 or 6 pack configurationand does not require any additional division sets. The box comes with glued seam and self assembles with the ability to tape the top and bottom closed, ideal for smaller runs of boxes for shipping bottles as avoids the expense of specific bottle
divisions.
5 Panel Wrap - Centre Seam (Style 0411)
A very cost-effective packaging solution ideally suited to singular item packaging, set size (pictureframes, mirrors etc.) self-supporting products that only requires covering rather than specific
protection. Unlike RSC Cases the 5 Panel wraps are supplied flat packed where the client folds and assembles
the wrap around the product, this taping across the center for closure
5 Panel Wrap - Full Cover (Style 0409)
Like the Full Cover RSC Case this design provides for additional product protection by the top andbottom flaps covering completely with the advantage here of being cost effective by being a flat
sheet product not requiring gluing

This versatile 3mm thick board comes in various strength grades and a suitable grade would be selected based on weight of contents, size and style of carton, our team will select a suitable grade based on this information provided.

Like the kraft 2-sided B Flute this versatile board grade also gives the option of having a white outer coat, ideal if you are looking for a point of difference or wish to print in a selected colour as the white base allows for consistency of the colour.

Twin Cush (BC) Export Grade 2 Sided Kraft Board
This 7mm double thickness board is designed to provide additional strength and protection to your product and is ideal for export requirements, pallet covers and for oversize cartons. This board can be glued or stitched for additional strength.
